One Design, Two Different Cards

When I was designing the second card for last weekend's washi tape class, I came up with two cards with the same design.  One is feminine, and the other is masculine.  Both cards were quick to put together and looked like they took more effort than they really did!

For both cards, I added some texture to the front of the card by simply scoring six straight lines beginning 1/4" from the top of the card and 1/4" from the bottom of the card.  Both cards have the same four strips of washi tape in the center, and both cards have the same sentiment from the Sheltering Tree stamp set.

This is the feminine version  I added femininity by punching a butterfly from a piece of scrap of  Blushing Bride and then punching that out with a circle.  I added tiny black rhinestones for a bit more bling.  The card base is Basic Black, as is the sentiment.

This is the masculine version.  The card base is Basic Gray and the sentiment is also stamped in Basic Gray.

The design of the cards is exactly the same, but with a change of color and the addition of the pop of pink  on one, they have completely different feels.

One design . . . two different cards!
