Washi Banner

This is the  last card we made at the washi tape class last weekend.  Again, it came together pretty quickly, and the washi tape banner adds great pattern and color.

Card base:  Daffodil Delight
Layer: Pear Pizzazz
Card front:  Whisper White

Again, I scored all four sides of the card front using the Simply Score Board.  I stamped the banner from the You're So Sweet stamp set in Real Red directly onto the card base.  Then I stamped it a second time in Daffodil Delight on a scrap piece of paper, and die cut it out using the banner that is in the Mini Treat Bag die set (the stamp and die set are available as a bundle!).  It is attached using Stampin' Dimensionals for some dimension.

I used a piece of Pear Pizzazz baker's twine to hold the banners.  The banners were made by adhering washi tape  to some Whisper White scraps and punching them out with the  banner punch.  They are popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals.

So super quick and easy.  I thought the bright colors were perfect for the beginning of spring!

Well, I hope that you have been inspired to take your washi tape out of storage and use it on some projects!!
