Pineapple Washi Wednesday

Today's Washi Wednesday project is a lot like yesterday's Technique Tuesday project, but with a change of embossing technique, and embellishments, it takes on a very different look.

Like yesterday's card, this card is started by stamping the pineapple towards the right side of the card front using Versamark ink.  This time, I stamped on Old Olive card stock.  Like yesterday, I used clear embossing powder.

Yesterday, I embellished along the left side using ribbon and a label sentiment.  Today, I used washi tape instead of ribbon, and attached the sentiment vertically.  To make the washi tape pop, I attached it to a strip of white cardstock and then attached it to the card.

Here is yesterday's card so you can see how similar they are; yet how different they are.

Easy peasy!

Today's supplies:
Cardstock:  Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Old Olie
Ink:  Old Olive, Versamark
Stamp:  Pineapple, Simply Wonderful (retired; sentiment)
Washi Tape:  Gingham Garden (retired)
Punch: Washi Label (retired)

Happy Stampin'!
