Lacey Thank You

These are the customer thank you cards I made for my customers last month.  They are pretty simple, but sometimes less is more! I used the Sale-A-Bration stamp set,  Delicate Details, which is free with a $50 order.   Be sure to watch the video below to see how the card was made.

Swing Window Card

I've been making lots of window cards lately.  They're easy to make and I just love the look of  them.  I made this one for a wonderful elderly family member who is in a nursing home.  I try to send her a card a month just to let her know that we're thinking of her and keeping her in our hearts.

The card was made using the basic steps for a simple window but with a few extra steps.  You can see a video for one of my Christmas cards that was made the same way here.    I had a hard time getting the quick "movie" to play here, so if you'd like to see the card opening and closing, see it on my facebook page under "videos".

I cut out the swing, dog and bird using some dies that were made by Dies by Dave.  You can see his store here.  He makes dies that coordinate with lots of Stampin' Up stamp sets for which Stampin' Up doesn't offer dies.

Beautiful You Week - Day 5: Through the Window

Welcome back to the last day  of the Beautiful You Week.  Today's card has a lot of steps, but the end result is so worth it all!  I was going for a card of support.  The scene is from the inside of a house where the supporter is, and the view outside the window is the woman in the rain who is having difficulty.  The sentiment is just perfect for this card, don't you agree?

Here is a step-by-step video to show you how the card was put together.  Please let me know if you  hae any questions at all, or if I can help you with any of your papercrafting needs.
